What items are returnable?

• Any product purchased in the last 30 days

• In unworn and unwashed condition

Are there any charges for exchanges or returns?

• Via purchased protection plan offered through ROUTE. You'll be given a pre-paid shipping label to send your order back to us :)

• You may be responsible for the return shipping cost if you choose to not add this service during checkout

• Exchanges are welcomed, while the return shipping policy for all items are the same

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

• If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within an average of 5 business days.
